I'd like to hear about what people do for exercise. What works well for you? Do you enjoy it, or do you do it just because you feel you need to? I'm just curious about the exercise routines you all have.


Well, my most favourite exercise is street cycling and love my noon hour walks. However; I really enjoy weight lifting and love doing kick boxing. The only think I am not crazy about is rowing and crunches but have to work the abs.
