Topic: Viruses on Mingle?

Hey, have been on here a hour or two, leave the site on and go do something and come back on to read. Was in Poetry and got a Avast! virus warning across my screen. This is the second time it has happened while on Mingle...any ideas whats going on?

Yes, actually, i have one. Avast will pick up on something as simple as a tracking cookie. It is a harmless application, and most sites use cookies, in order to monitor traffic in specific areas of the site. In fact, without cookies enabled, i don't think you can access the site.

I have Avast! and never got anything while on Mingle. What did the message say? Avast will tell you if it's a virus, trojan, worm, exploit, etc.

Pay attention to your Avast, mine has never done that.
