what you need for this is:

1 red onion
1 large clove of garlic
1 bell pepper (or any other pepper you like)
sweet pickle relish
salt and black pepper
and rotoni macaroni
3/4 cup merical wip
and basil(optional)
1 cup diced ham

boil 4 cups of macaroni
cut up 1 half cup of red onion
cut half cup of bell pepper
mince the clove of garlic
put everything in a boll
mix in 3/4 merical wip(you can reduce or add if you want)
add 1-2 table spoons of sweet pickle relish
mix in macaroni
add 1 cup diced ham
season with salt and pepper to taste
