Add more pics, preferably more face shots, where you're smiling. I'd lose the pic of you and the other women, or at least crop it, if you like how you look in it. Write more about your interests and what kind of person you're looking for, and use complete sentences instead of a string of adjectives. The way it reads now, it's as if you were in a hurry when you filled it out. Good luck to you.
