So lets say you get separated, like myself, what would you do in terms of the dating game? I know whatever happens happens, but would you pursue new friendships while taking into consideration that sometimes friendships have the capability of turning into more than just that?

I wouldn't pursue anything...I'd get divorced first, then I'd head to the nudie bar lol yeah nudie bars are fun but damn, i gotta wait a whole 2 years. thats a long time, yeah

Take some time to recover from separation and possibly impending divorce, a quick hook-up on the rebound can hurt just as bad as the original break up. Been there, done, got the T-Shirt.

I wouldn't pursue anything...I'd get divorced first, then I'd head to the nudie bar i agree with etrain about not persueing any romance untill divorced if you cant reconcile. but i dont agree with the nudie bar part

yeah there is no reconciling. we both pretty much set. Lil tip to anyone in Louisiana, Arkansas, and Arizona, don't engage in a Covenant Marriage! Just takes too damn long LOL

You know I guess to some divorce is a Biggie. I've been seperated since July 2007. Also, haven't spoken or seen my husband since November 2007. Now, I hardly think I'm anywhere on the rebound & many reasons why I haven't gotten a divorce so far. Once my divorce was dismissed because I'd moved & contacted them with my new address but they failed to make note of it. Neither party showed up because I wasn't notified of the court date. Since I wasn't interested in meeting, dating, marrying, etc anytime soon I didn't see the rush to file again. I've had like 6 different addresses in the last 3 years. His religion is also against divorce. So, unless I wanted to remarry I don't see any rush. It's just a freaking piece of paper for gosh sakes! Not like I'm still sharing his bed!
