Mark's Mother and Father want Shanno and I for lunch tomorrow...oh boy That sounds nice Betty. Is this meeting for a reason???? Its a nice gesture , but his mother drives me up the wall sorry to say. Today whenv we were out in the span of 6 hours she called Mark 4 times whiney about something or other. I never met the dad. OMG...she sounds like one of my daughter-in-laws mother. She means well but calls her daughter at least 10-12 times a day, drops in unexpected, and nags, nags, nags. My daughter-in-law even has high blood pressure....wonder why?????????? To top it off...she is hard of hearing so shee rambles on and on and wonders why everyone won't answer her, but when you do, she understands it all wrong....oh boy! the first time I met her within the first 5 minutes I heard all about her BP problems and how the pills aren't helping and how she can't eat blueberries anymore and the stupid doctor never told her that and on and on and on.. EAT FAST!!! Its going to be a long day I am afraid! Ill be thinking of you when Im eating my corned beef and cabbage Mark said she is making beef and noodles...I bet she doesn't even use salt! Probally not if she cooks for her high blood pressure...you can always whip out a salt shaker from your pruse when she isn't looking...

If corned beef and cabbage is cooked right ,its delicious! We slow boil ours...how do you cook yours Tim? Betty? it goes in the croc pot on low for 10 hrs, you can cut it with a fork
