My sister's family celebrates the halibut. They have parties for the halibut when needed. What would you celebrate just for the halibut?

Apparently halibut is popular for Catholic holidays. Also, the halibut has its own stamp in the Faroe Islands which are between the Norwegian Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean.

I think that a distillery with a mini-brewery powered exclusively by potatoes would be the most Irish thing ever.
