It's happening out there......I see and know it...they are called my married freaking massively rich friends.

Thats it, my life has changed so much with my son...being in this "WAR".I think differently and want differently.

It has taken me a yr now of getting out of the darkness...of heartache.....

During all that time...soul searching....with help...

I'm not selfish or self absorbed kind of woman...nor a *****.

I just know at 49 yrs old what I want.

And the possibility of what I want in life ..is out there....

Trust me when I say I hear what you are saying. 26 years I gave to my ex, and when I say that, I mean that I did so willingly. And I enjoyed giving right up to the point where he "gave" his all to someone else. So I understand that there comes a time when it is our turn to be able to go out and have a job that we enjoy and take our time finding that job and not worry about paying the electric and heating bills. I too, want to contribute, but in a way that makes me happy, fullfilled and enriched. Hense, the reason I want to finish school, and not worry every min. of every day. Life is too flipping short.

I have been taking care of ppl my entire life...

Even my brother who was 18 and held up in a hospital bed in our living room...from beeing kicked estimated 20 times...by a race horse...head to toe...tubes in him...I bathed him...fed him...slept on the floor...only time I screamed for help was for someone to call an abulance....my mother was so beside herself..she couldn't take care of him...

So I continued on in life taking care of mentally and physically challenged...14 yr of paralysed ppl, I stopped counting at 27 kids I cared for...I could go on and on...

And I raised my own 2 sons..basically on my own...look were they are now....1 on his way to a second war zone...for what? our country..our ppl..My 20 yr old also is heading the same direction...when he finishes college....

I gave my life to everyone I've been involved with and even those I don't even know.

I take care of my elderly mom..all the while...I am working on taking care of ME...

I'm now not afraid to put out there what I want...I have nothing to loose....

ell hopefully my family and friends.....if the friends are still alive..

they just bring me a big joint and I toke away in my rocker...at least..I will be happy....And if I have my memory at that age..I will remember all of this...
