I guess the Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee forums are dead. Every now and then someone might come along and post something, but it seems like these areas aren't interested in talking with people somewhat "local" to them. Maybe I'm making too many assumptions and jumping to conclusions?
