Where and how do I report someone who took advantage of me and will change his name and do it again?

you can report members through emails (at the bottom of the email) or from the profile (to the right of the main picture)

This site works hard at ridding the site of scammers. Sorry you encountered this.

Hope this helps,

Kim

Let me echo what Kim said here. I have tried many sites, and this one is by far the best at eliminating scammer/spammer accounts quickly.

On a number of occasions, such accounts have been nuked even before I had a chance to report them! Our guys work diligently to keep them out of here.

I strongly urge everyone to report them whenever you see them.

I am 90% sure that someone tonight is trying to scam me through email. If I use the "report abuse/spam" option in the email, do I have an opportunity to explain why I am reporting.

I googled the email and name of this woman and there have been reports of scams with very similar email addresses.

She claims she cannot chat on mingle because she doesn't have adobe, this just sounds wrong. She wants me to chat with her on yahoo instead.

Not a rush here since I am too savvy to allow anyone to scam me but IF it is (and likely) a scam I do want to report it.

Yes, you can type a note in there to explain. An explanation might help the site with investigating it.

Anytime you suspect one, lease report it. This site takes this seriously

Hope this helps,

Kim

Whether you report a post in the forums, a profile or an email....it gives you a space to type a message and options for the reason for the report drinker

I have created a yahoo account as she requested and replied back to her so I am curious to see what happens. I know this is a scam and will report once I am 100% certain.
