I just realized it's not saturday....go figure.... I'm thinking of FOOD....and the chinese place I want food from doesn't deliver...and I don't have a car at the moment...hmmmm and no I'm not going to another chinese place...

I just got one of those pull up bars you put in a doorway. It's awesome! I hope it works. I came with push-up stands, ab&core straps and a little excercise chart and DVD. I'm going to start the excercie plan Monday and try to keep up with it.
