i had dialysis this morning and everything seem to be fine
my ride normally shows up between 10-10:30am
well i was laying down on the couch before my ride came. aparently they called to let me know they were here. for the ride called and they had dispatch call. and i didnt even hear phone ring.
but i heard the doorbell and the driver ask me if my phone was working so i check and it was. so they took me to dialysis and my ride usually picks me up between 3 and 3:30pm to bring me home
i was waiting and nobody showed so i called and they said oh you were a no show. and i started bitching and telling them how on earth do you think how i got to dialysis in first place..
how could it had been a freaken no show when my ride rang the dang doorbell... i sware that company doesnt no squat.. there has been a number of patients that have complain including me

get this part there such idiots. sense they provide medical transpertation.. and when you call to set up a ride to see the doc. they would ask you how far away are you from the bus stop... come on they are there to help you with medical purpose.. so i have call back later and hope that i would get someone differnt that isent a jurk when it comes to the system..

i had a friend and his wife that lived outside of town a couple yrs ago as where they lived maybe mile away from the bus stop which was by the annex.. they were expecting her to walk that far to make to her counseling appt... that pist her off and im sure it would had me as well....

Maybe its time to get a new service.

triplink is the only service that provides free medical to appt
so if i was to change to a new service that would have to be the city bus.. which sometimes its more of a hassel to take
