is Chile just not very popular or do they just not like to post topics for chat?

I will answer for my self: I really do not like to caht, I think it is obsolete, because ther are modern way to comunicate or exchange opinion in ex. facebook, You tube and others, Skype and you can chat for low money, text messages in cell phones and so on .. masema

i think chile is popular, but not well know at time to chat with someone. A lot of people love chatting, a good example of chilean people is me. bye

I've lived in Chile for 15 years and i can say that the Chilean people are always on the defensive side and they're shy
