I'd just rather truly be floating on air! How you been?  it is spring and loving the weather. It is not the only Dr that has told me that. But hell love my coffee. Gave up smokin when I turned 30. Don't eat pork any more. I have my weekly beer maybe a Margarita here and there. I'm not giving up my coffee but I must confess I'm on half cafe

they look at me weird when I order 8 shot latte's at starbucks.....I LOVE my coffee! but i'm sure too much is unhealthy lol. actually smelling yummy coffee right now, I grind my coffee everymorning taste so much better! |

Just wait till your in your 50's you'll pay for those 8 shots then
 Love fresh ground coffee. I grind it at the store. You can mix the decafe beans with the regular beans make a good cup and easier on the stomach. Now sleeping is another thing.
