It is not the only Dr that has told me that. But hell love my coffee. Gave up smokin when I turned 30. Don't eat pork any more. I have my weekly beer maybe a Margarita here and there. I'm not giving up my coffee but I must confess I'm on half cafe

they look at me weird when I order 8 shot latte's at starbucks.....I LOVE my coffee! but i'm sure too much is unhealthy lol. actually smelling yummy coffee right now, I grind my coffee everymorning taste so much better! |

Just wait till your in your 50's you'll pay for those 8 shots then
 Love fresh ground coffee. I grind it at the store. You can mix the decafe beans with the regular beans make a good cup and easier on the stomach. Now sleeping is another thing.
