 Sounds cool. I'd start a petition and turn it in to
whoever is in charge of that kind of thing in your area. If they say there aren't sufficient funds for it, tell them you'll do fundraising activities to help raise money too, maybe get them to commit to match whatever the people can come up with. JMO
