Highway run
Into the midnight sun Wheels go round and round You're on my mind Restless hearts Sleep alone tonight Sendin' all my love Along the wire And being apart ain't easy On this love affair Two strangers learn to fall in love again I get the joy Of rediscovering you Oh girl, you stand by me I'm forever yours...faithfully |

I am not a huge Journey fan but saw them in concert in the late 80's. By far the best concert I have ever seen. Steve Perry was incredible live..... |

I have been to a bunch of shows but that did blow me away. I would have liked to see Humble Pie. I was trying to think who opened for them. I am thinking it was BTO.

Humble Pie should be in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. IMHO
Now BTO can kick out the jams too. |

I have 2 favorite lyrics:
"Brown eyed girl" by Van Morrison Hey where did we go, Days when the rain came Down in the hollow, Playin' a new game, Laughing and a running hey, hey Skipping and a jumping In the misty morning fog with Our hearts a thumpin' and you My brown eyed girl, You my brown eyed girl. |

My co-favorite is "Goodbye to Romance" by Ozzy Osbourne I've been the king, I've been the clown No broken wings can't hold me down I'm free again The jester with a broken crown It won't be me this time around to love in vain I said goodbye to romance, yeah Goodbye to friends..I tell you Goodbye to all the past I guess that we'll meet, we''l meet in the end. |

So many favs but "Dinah-Moe Hum" by Frank Zappa
Dinah-Moe watched from the edge of the bed With her lips just a-twitchin' an' her face gone red Some drool rollin' down From the edge of her chin While she spied the condition Her sister was in She quivered 'n quaked An' clutched at herself While her sister made a joke About her mental health 'Till Dinah-Moe finally Did give in But I told her All she really needed Was some discipline . . . |
