I got layers on and have one of the heaters aimed at my back so my neck isn't cold. I will probably have to have the procedure done again, I was told it could take more than one time to really work. I'm not looking forward to it actually.

Honestly, I'm wantin' to talk to ya about your options, hon! ... It is a certain specialty for me, that's sure, and I've seen results w/ various methods.
I just need more specific info on the herniation, amount, location, nerve impingement, etc. Has the doc mentioned enzyme injections to 'devour' that part of the nucleus pulposus that was squeezed out(!?) ... are the discs themselves degenerated, etc.??? Is fusing an option? Sounds horrible, yet I've seen FANTASTIC results that gave back life and mobility ... w/ both methods, in fact! Tell me more ...
