Topic: my IM,MM,and the add smiley features dont work

Do I have to upgrade and pay money on this free site so I can use these features? Everytime I try to use IMs or add smiley it goes to the top of page

Hi cdcharlie5, No, those features are completely free. Have you tried to empty our cache/cookies? Mine seem to be working. An Admin may have to check into this further to see if there is a glitch. Sorry for the trouble, Kim

Hi cdcharlie5 I have tested your account, and it seems to be functioning normally. I suspect this may be a caching issue on your end.

Depending on your browser, this may vary a bit, for internet explorer. On the tools menu, select internet options. This should open on the general tab, and select delete browsing history. Select delete temp files, delete cookies, delete browsing history. Select ok, and reboot.

If that doesn't help, then i need to know what browser (and version) you are running, and what operating system you are using. Charles and i were discussing this earlier, and we both agree, that you may need to update java. And i will add, that if you are running Vista, and haven't updated java, you can expect a host of problems. Pages loading incorrectly, disappearing text, buttons misplaced... All of those, are java script related issues.
