can leave a person feeling cold all of the time, right? The body doesn't have anything to protect itself and stay warm, right?
A friend of mine had texted me a few days ago saying he'd lost more weight and body fat down 2% more, and then texted me today saying he was cold. And in all honesty, it wasn't as cold out as it has been. But he's a skinny thing anyways, almost anorexic, even with muscles. |

I believe you are correct.
I had a girlfriend that was pretty thin, and she was constantly cold, shivering, etc. |

I know in infants with low birth weight, it is correct.
I hope it's true with adults. I'm cold all of the time. |

I have 1/2 % body fat. I can't even float in water. I'm shivering cold all the time. I'm shivering as I write this and I'm layered in clothes with my heat set on 70.

If she's cold it's because she has dieted incorrectly and has caused her thyroid to slow down, meaning the t4 to t3 conversion has dropped dramitically. You have to learn to diet without taking certain macronutrients away.
