a web browser works way better than internet explorer . its brand new 5 days old this version im using.... even has a turbo button on it to make it 3 times faster.. and it was already fast lol... ive used internet explorer always before so i never knew a difference.. but its a big difference!

yes it is... i just went to browser and typed in opera browser... then made sure i went to the opera browser site to download it... it was the one on the top... 10.5 beta
also it did not take long at all to download!! its supposed to be the fastest browser of them all. |

yes it is... i just went to browser and typed in opera browser... then made sure i went to the opera browser site to download it... it was the one on the top... 10.5 beta also it did not take long at all to download!! its supposed to be the fastest browser of them all. Don't forget to try out the "turbo" function on the bottom, once you just set it to "automatic" and many internet pages will load a lot faster. here is for everyone who wants to try it out: http://www.opera.com/browser/next/ |

i can not figure out how to have 2 windows open at the same time though.. anyone know? not just a second tab.... but if i wanted to cut and paste something from one page to the other..

i got it... right click the tab, arrange, then cascade.. that separates the windows..

Alright..I'm still sticking with Firefox, since I got all sorts of extensions installed I can't live without while browsing the web, such as blocking all the "watcher sites" like google analysis and other crap tracking my web activity. I hate being watched, even if they are for marketing purposes.
While Opera is more secure and even Chrome (although Chrome is made by Google and they are the worst for tracking individuals throughout the web) by only using IE, you are basically an open book invitation to every sort of trackers and even Big Brother. |

Sometimes I gotta turn it off , like on Facebook and some other sites, otherwise it blocks off all the crap the people send me and get upset when I don't "allow this application" and whatnot. |

I think I like "requestpolicy" better. I read a bit on ghostery's privacy policy & it looks like they may be spying on you |
