this year 11 churches in tx area have burned. many of the fires are confermed arsons. only one has not been ruled arson. athorities say that the attacks are all related but didnot explain why. no arrests have been made and no suspects have been named. churches belonging to several denominations have been attacked. the motive for these attacks is unknown at this time. for more information see http://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/02/11/texas.church.fires/index.html

Never will understand why people would do the things they do They're called arsonists...or I figure teens are doing some of it or maybe the churches are hurting financially and some may be inside jobs...one church a lady I dated attended was burned by the pastor...turned out he'd been having an affair with a homeless man he gave shelter to and tried to burn his own church and kill the guy. Didn't work out, he got 10 years in prison. I once went with her and he hugged me...ewwwww...lol. |

Church burnings are usually deviant kids trying to be rebellious. I remember the one where the kids were filming themselves burning the churches and that ended up being how they got caught. Cannot remember where it was though.
