Topic: New Age Nest Egg | |
---|---|
Cocaine-ridden, eyes driven--
Tears hidden, dimly lit in-- Dark kitchen, sleepy bliss and-- Hope runs thin, the curses win-- Fear hiding, and love subsiding-- I'm hating, what this world made me-- And now I see, this is reality-- False security, and walls around me-- What does it mean to see, perhaps sanctity-- And I'm driven, too instictive in the end-- You made them, the kin, I can't be him-- Now I'm hated, belated, a bit jaded-- Sacred faces trading places, a few spaces-- And now we claim this, this dystrophy-- Like a played out disc jockey, talking-- About the pain pills and dicey deals-- Like a rolling hill, that you will peel-- Is this your dream, create the pain, all the same-- This is all it seems, hate and screams-- Wake and see, all of the dreams pissed away-- Loose lips hand picked by Mister Big-- This is what we get, the 'new age' nest egg-- |
