I dozed on the couch when we said goodnight until 10 then went to bed woke up at 6:30 then made myself go back to sleep till 9:30 then dozed again until 10:45..

I went straight to bed.


Closed my eyes, five mins later I was a goner.


Didnt wake til 9ish this morning.


My first full completely solid night of sleep since all that.Well,except when I stay at my brothers house that is.

Our newish 19 yr old called me a byt ago with boy problems...man she is a MESS!!!

I think I did need it... I'm mostly over it.. I still have a heck of a cough, congestion and my head hurts a bit but mostly good..

Try Ricola's for the cough, they help me.Good for sore throats too.
