having lived down in NC for almost 15 years,ive picked up more than just a little slang.

yesterday,my friends hot water heater refused to fire.

after carefull disassembly of the entire burner,cleaning it,and reassembling it,
i could get the pilot on no problemo,and even fire up briefly,but shutting right off again.

in frustration,i looked over and saw a rock laying on the floor.
picked it up,and Smacked the beejezuz out of the regulator.
poof!..it came on..hrmm..smack it again..and again..and again.

Presto!!..the Winning combo!!

anyone else have any redneck tools/stories laying around?
