The Willows Bend:
I have taught the willows how to cry, They do not grow where it is dry. They will wave and weave, But they never leave. Their tears sometimes over take them, The river sometimes make 'em bend. Soon the sun will shine again, Their tears did mend. A new life just began. So stay strong like the willow, Never soak your pillow, With tears.... A new day awaits If you're watching for your mate. |

A new day awaits If you're watching for your mate. i added to your poem you listen to the whispering willows as you seek out unknown names that come to mind as you grow older with new hopes to be found there has been so many unspoken tales that have been told. as you wake to watch nothing but the hour glass count down untill dawn we tend to watch the moon go by and wait for another day like from before as a new day awaits for another happy so call day |
