I would say since I was about 7 or 8. Have you ever been someone where and saw someone and felt as if you were looking at yourself in a few years unless you made changes in your life right now? I'm already there... I never really thought about actually getting to be this old... What beach? |

You are now very special to me. And I can't help that! I was given PTSD when I was a child. I have learned, the bad things offer gifts. Sometimes they are easily revealed, some take much persistence to uncover and others will come to us at the right times. I stayed a victim for many years and finally, with a lot of help, climbed out of that hole. OOPS!! I fergot to ask a question.  Do you just swallow or chew when you eat raw oysters? |

As you replied, it is often difficult to distance yourself, it took years but I may not BE THERE, yet in my mind, there are certain repetitive phrases, and... well, they still go round and round. I am trying to replace them with positive remarks (smiles) Now I'M CRYING
