Ok so I am new - but how do you IM someone on here

What works for me: If the person is online, on JSH, it will say so when
you click on their profile (in red, it says "online now"). When the person is online, and only when they are online, does the option show up on their profile to IM them. Just click on the IM option on the person's profile, and it alerts them that you are asking them to IM. |
