Long week, for sure.
I am cooking homemade chili and cornbread. Getting ready for the 5 days of snow heading my way. Don't know if we are going to get the snow, but it's cold as heck here.

Is the chili meatless? I suppose not..what's chili without meat, guess I'll have to pass although it smells wonderful.

Mine isn't meatless either Lo. I have made it that way for my daughter though.
I usually use turkey or venison Mostly venison

I'm off to bed too...I'm about 80% normal..long enough to have a very enjoyable time with a very charming gentleman...who's flying back home tomorrow. Go figure, from the east coast.
