Hey Jeff..yep, better today. Not 100% but getting there. I don't remember the last time I was that sick. And yeah..coffee, not a good idea yet. How are you? Have I missed anything fun?

Not that I am aware of. I haven't been around a whole lot either. Did you have the flu? We have had alot of folks here at work who have been getting it.

Wasn't the flu..was an attack of gastroenteritis and irritable bowel at the same time..which means NOTHING would stay in my body..came out one end or the other..I couldn't even keep my vitamins and supplements in me..by day 3 I was so weak I couldn't lift my head off the pillow. But I had to keep drinking water so I wouldn't get dehydrated. Just started keeping nutrients in me yesterday. I really have things to do, but they are going to have to wait another day or 2...

Yeah..flares up during stressful times...couple times a year I get good bout of it. Lost 4 inches of my waist...I wish I would have lost 4 inches off my butt though. Yep, digging the new pic Jeff..
