I guess I wasn't really ready to quit yet, I went and bought some!! I guess I'm not an 'ex' smoker yet!!

Cold turkey is the hardest way to quit. Now tell your self that you were smoke free for a day and that gave your lungs a rest.

Better luck next time Chantix works if you go through with it all the way, its hard at 1st but gets easier. |

just think of how much time and effort you put in to developing that habit and figger it'll prolly take a lot to kick it too
I bet you had to try a couple times when you picked it up too |

Trying to quit is a pain in the tuckus!
I went three months at my longest. I hear they count tobacco as bad as heroin to quit. I know about the cigarettes are a pain to quit! |
