There are several western states that have all that...
Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Colorado
I'm in Utah and I really don't like much about the state, but those outdoor activities are great. I could never live anywhere again that didn't have mountains to hike.
Washington or Oregon gives you better options as far as water...
then ya have all the rain and lack of sunshine. But I love the rain.
I'm actually leaving Utah and going to Oregon.

Considering your age and interests I would recommend Tacoma Seattle or Moore Oklahoma. Lots of variety and the male female ratio is definitely in your favor. Good schools, affordable houseing, employment opportunities, and low crime.

An important thought is no matter where you go you take the person key to your success or failure; yourself. It is a small world and your reputation will follow you. If life sucks a lot of it is your choice as how you frame your life.

Nothing wrong with broadening your horizons but there is a lot to be said for blooming where you are planted. At 21 it is easy to want some distance from family but the chances that you will marry and or have a child in the next 5 years are very high and that is something to be shared with family and long term friends.
