That's really cool, Tanya! My employer has implemented a really great wellness program at work. This year they added a points system. Every month you can earn points for various things like diet, exercise, volunteering, reading, wearing your seatbelt, maintaining a healthy weight or losing weight, going to the doctor for routine care, etc. When you get a certain number of points they give you a gift card to one of about 7 different stores or restaurants.
