I have multiple sclerosis, the primary progressive nasty variety that is going to kill me before much longer. When I became too disabled to care for myself, I had to move back in with my mother who lives in Texas... unfortunately, marijuana is the only thing that helps with the spasms. Now I must endure my final days with muscles and joints that are ripping themselves apart because medicinal marijuana is unheard of in Texas.

there are millions of potheads in Texas

I've been smoking it for near 40 years in Texas

nowadays (due to medical conditions) it is the best thing for me for dealing with nausea and gives me a appetite to eat

but there is plenty of marijuana in Texas. You just dont get to go down to the corner store and get it

I think it's a crime that marijuana is illegal anywhere. No one should need a prescription to get something less harmful than alcohol.

people use marijuana for many reasons, the majority purchase on the 'blackmarket' i.e a friend or a friend of a friend. i am sure there will be a discreet 'friend' near you. otherwise there are several legitimate web sites that supply quality merchandise worldwide. it can be grown in a cupboard under lights relatively easily
if the law says you cannot have something that will improve your quality of life without impairing that of another then the law is wrong and the only way to change it is to challenge it or ignore it
i don't suppose thats any help buts its the only practical answers i can find.
good luck
