I must confess I use personality tests to help describe myself, because I don't know myself too well. I'm afraid to even get close to myself. I'm afraid of what I might discover, yeat at the same time I try to be open and honest with myself, recognizing my problems and resolving them.

Most people are constantly changing- or else they should be- so you won't be the same person you were last year, or even last month. It's good to recognize what needs fixing in ourselves.

Thank you... I have a hard time in the morning anyway. Pain is always more intense until I am up and moving around. Infact, sometimes if it is around 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. I will just stay up and go for a good night's sleep the next night, lol!
