I had a beagle named Peggy, we rescued her.. We had every different breed of dog.. We rescued lots of dogs, thankfully for my parents we only rescued one at a time... lol...

We apparently had a black lab first, but I was too young to remember her. Then Patches, you can imagine why. Then my bros g/f way back in late 80's found a puppy on street, well, he became our dog too. He went between being called Puppy and Creep(because he was found on street). Beautiful golden coat and had one brown eye and one blue eye. I had to put him down a few yrs back.Took him in to have vet look at mass on his backside, told them hed been limpin too and favoring one front leg. Wound up having cancer in his shoulder. She gave him a shot that night, took him home, cried my eyes out and returned in the morning. He was older and better off in Doggy Heaven. |
