Ok I had a mole removed from my back about 2 weeks ago an now I think its getting infected. I keep it covered when I have to wear a bra because it hurts to have anything rub on it. But I clean it an put antibiotic on it. Its red around the rim an yellow puss on the inside. I am not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

Go back to the doctors! They need to know about this.Moles are a funny thing.Don't waste a lot of time trying to treat it.The doctors will know what to do. J.M.O

It is probably just a common response, but follow up with your doctor to make sure. When I had mine removed from my back did something similar.

If you described it to you doctor last night and she said it was okay, then I wouldn't worry too much. But, it never hurts to get a second opinion either if you're worried. If it's infected you'll need antibiotics.

You can poultice it w/ a fresh slice of ginger, garlic ... or even cayenne powder ... much like you are currently incorporating antibiotic cream; bandage well enough to shut out the air!

These three also incorporated into oral intake as well!

Grate fresh ginger and steep w/ hot water, add honey and lemon ...

... Drink tons of this!

Lemon juice and zest has even quelled chollera in studies!

If you've Tea Tree Oil in the house, a drop of this on the mole before the poultice.

NO home should be w/out Tea Tree Oil!!!

STOP wearing the bra!!!

Wear supportive camisoles if ya need the 'help'!

Won't take long to heal in this manner ...

PS ... At home do the opposite; go nude and let it get air!!!

Tea tree oil is very good. My step-son used to be on antibiotics all the time for chronic ear infections. Then one day right when he first complained of ear pain I put some drops in his ear that was a mixture of tea tree oil and grapefruit seed extract and the pain went away with no infection developing. I did that one other time and he never developed another ear infection again.

YES! Tea Tree oil is one of the only things on earth that has the properties to kill fungus, bacteria AND even virus!

It is powerful on the skin and can be harsh on the ear if used repetively, so caution on over application applies here ...

... That you mixed it w/ grapefruit extract was a bonus; I'd advise this on a lil cotton (versus drops) then inserted to expose the membrane to less irritation from the huge drying and pain Tea Tree can cause.

This same Tea Tree Oil/Grapefruit Seed Extract combo internally (drops into glass of water) is also a HUGE assist, wipes out many a pathogen! Tastes like ...ill ... Just chase it w/ a sip of something you fancy! 3 times per day ...

He likely is the 3% of the population that gets misdiagnosed fungal ear infections, versus the routine 97% bacterial ...

I have this issue as well. It will NEVER respond properly to antibiotic drops, only anti~fungal!

It can also be a clue that there is possible candida infestation aboard, and even food sensitivities/allergies.

But its a little scary. My mother noticed I have another little mole that is dark brown...yay. just hope everything is ok

How soon can you get to the Dermatologist!?

I know that can't be fun to sit w/ over the weekend, I had to do the same thing!

Let's pray it off, OK!?

Whatever that means to YOU personally, and I'll do the same?!

Are you amenable to a thread asking for others to do the same for you?

I really believe in power in numbers, and want to honour your belief systems at the same time!
