I just hope his hips aren't starting to give out .Big dogs are prone to that.

My Barney feel down the stairs today. Betts how did that happen? Hi Viv I am not sure, just being a clutz I guess ,or he tripped over Teddy.IDK. Well I know how he feels...I seem to be clutzy myself sometimes. Hi everyone!

I know My dog, Mac is about 60lb so he is not huge but a nice size and he is over 10 so I worry about his hips too. Although at this point he can still jump in the air off his hine legs

Hi carol and Jayne Yes he is ok thank you.He fell right from the top step in the kitchen and landed in his water bowl,spilling water all over the place ont the landing and then fell down the rest of the stairs. But he does seem to be ok.I think it scared him and us more than anything. Oh yeah he took a few brooms with him lol Your kitchen is upstairs?

yeah Viv.Its not in the basement I have a 4 level house.So he fell down the kitchen stairs ,off of the landing and down the stairs to the rec room.

Actually I owned a house like that one time...but I was in my 40's and the stairs didn't bother me..

Evening all Betty...poor ole Barney!!!! My Suzie Q is having trouble..she cannot jump up on the couch or bed any more and some days I have to help her with the stairs (I have a split foyer so lots of stairs). Right now she is coughing and weezing REALLY bad and I can't take her to the VET...poor little thing. Carold, to answer your question. I am going in Friday to met the class and start FINALLY on Monday. Associate pay is terrible, but it's WAY more than nothing, like I have been getting since August!!!! This spring when Teachers retire and spots open up, I will apply for a Teaching job.

Hi Mary Is suzie a big dog?How old is she?I am sure hoping this is a fluke. Suzie Q is my little pug. She is 9 years old. Jazzie Girl is my humongous Boxer. She is 8 years old. She has these growths on her that need to be cut off (Boxers get them all the time). Be glad when I get back to work and can take care of my girls!! Nala is my psycho cat. And now I have my grand-pup Angel here cuz her parents moved into an apartment...She is a tiny little thing....my cat is bigger...LOL
