can't learn from an experience unless we own it...and if we don't own it it isn't yet an experience...  the universe..not me, not you... Those are two completely contradicting statements from you. First you say that we have to own and experience (we were talking about mistakes, so this includes blame for any screw ups), then that everything is the universe's fault. WTF? Was not me who used the term "mistakes"...I said experiences, that we have to own our experiences ...  You are right. You didn't use the word "mistakes", but you commented on a line of conversation that was about accepting and taking blame for our own mistakes, which would lead any person to believe you were commenting on the same line of thought, even though you chose to call them "experiences" instead of "mistakes". They are still one in the same, except that "experiences" include both good and bad events. You trying to pick a fight with me John..c'mon brother..I'm feeling better now. Wanna arm wrestle? Leg wrestle? Hummm, whatcha up for????  How about Grecko-Roman the way the Greeks did it in the first Olympics? I was a state ranked wrestler in high school. |
