No, its not. I passed the criminal check, nothing on record.
But, they ran a name check. Everyone in the USA with my first and last name with a criminal record was printed. And, the company used that as a reason not to hire me. The company running the background basically said oh well. |

Well, they need to verify if its YOU or not, before judge and jury decides on this.
Call the BBB on them if this doesnt work out for you. Or are they still researching it for you ??? Thats BS P, Im sorry, its gotta be frustrating. |
