I confess I never understood breaking things, yet now I see some reason! I never broke thing b/c I'd have to replace them.. Then it got to where I didn't b/c it wasn't lady like.. NOW I so want to but well it doesn't make much sense does it... Maybe there's an app for that!!

When I feel frustrated (which is often) I find listening to music helpful, or writing down my rage, or cleaning. Just something to burn off the stress. I can't bring myself to break my possessions either, I value them more than the object of my rage.

I completely agree, yet I can almost understand he desire now. I would hate myself because I love my things! Cleaning yes, scrubbing with all my might... a better result by far!

Yep, that's why I never broke my stuff, just have to replace it... cleaning used to do it for me.. Not lately... I'd love to take up kickboxing but don't want to cut my nails..

I wish... they only wear not sure what they're called but semi-gloves and your hands stick out... when you make a fist your nails would go into your gloves/palms and break...
