So have you gone sleeping earlier than ever some time? Like, going to sleep at 8 or 9pm? How did you feel in the morning? Did you also wake up early? How was it like getting up at 4:00 or 4:30 in the morning, when you would normally get up at 6 or 7?

I am on to much a routine. I go to bed around 11pm and get up at 4:30am 6 days a week.

Sleeping in for me is 7pm and I feel groggy and lethargic. sad2

I haven’t been to bed early in close to a year and that was due to being sick.

I am most productive with 4 to 5 hours of sleep and a good 20 minute nap in the middle of the day. biggrin

The earliest time I go to bed these days is 11pm. Usually I go to bed past midnight. It would be really great again to sleep at 8pm.I used to sleep as early as that and i felt really refreshed in the morning.

Yep I hear you! Once i was really sick for several days but the last day I fell asleep at 7pm. I was up at 3 in the morning! Completely refreshed and healed, I just couldnt figure out what to do with my energy. LOL, but at noon, I felt like the day supposed to be over!

Yeah, I got a problem of going to sleep late, maybe i change that. Back in the day when i was in the military, the latest going to sleep was around 10pm and I had no choice but to get up at 4am every day. Did that for 6 years. Not every day but almost, then i worked for UPS as a part time job while going to college, so I would be up at 3:30am, working until 9am, then go home and shower and leave to college at 11am.
Come home at 7 -8pm, go to sleep at 9 and rinse and repeat for 4 years.

So you were able to watch the sunrise for 4 years? But that was really a good habit. Your body was able to detoxify. The peak function of our liver to detoxify toxins is from 11pm-2am..So that means I have a lot of toxins.lol!

I need more sleep than the average adult my age due to health issues. I never sleep past 7am though but I think it's just cause I get up at 5 most days for work. So, 7 is sleeping in.

I take milk thistle to detox the liver.

I generally go to sleep between 10-10:30PM after the pups go out for the night. Wake up between 6-6:30PM. Occasionally as late as 7AM. There's critters to feed and they get noisy and b*tchy if they don't get let out of their barns and given chow. If I just happen to be totally exhausted, I've crashed at 6PM.

If I'm sick, I'm only awake for about 3 hours a day, long enough to feed critters morning and evening and then out like a light. I can barely keep dehydrated, much less fed. I had the flu so bad one year I was awake for 2 hours tops, and still heavily sedated and out of it. It sucked.
