As I sit back an think bout this year, I can't help but smile.
The memories keep me going.
All the laughs and tears still ringing in the background.
All the people I have met this year,
all of the times we have shared.

Even through the happy times,
darkness is still around me.
One man has forever changed who I am,
how I think,
how I look at everything.

Without him I would never be who I am today,
the memories we shared will forever be with me.
All the laughs,
all the games,
even the silly names.

Spending time with him an his family,
will forever be with me.
The way they always poked fun of his mother,
his fathers smile an laugh.

The way his mother cared for me,
even if I was not one of hers.
The warmth I felt from that family.

I hope one day I can find this all again.
I thank him an everyone for this year.
It has been hard but I got through it.
I will forever love everyone!
I will never forget you!
