My friends and I have been sick for days now. I'm guessing it's from the vog. Anyone else having issues with it? Anyone know how to avoid it, other than wearing a gas mask?

I just moved back home to the Big Island recently and California smog is nothing compared to the vog here. Even though I work in an environment controlled lab I still feel the effects at work.
