I had 2 buddies die yesterday, in 2000 on a trip I was supposed to be on. Died of hypothermia Sawry to hear that UP. Thanks, they were good guys, we were in the airforce for 6 years and hunted together alot. Boat flipped and they literally froze in the lake. police two weeks to get all the stuff chipped out of the ice |

A third guy went at last minute, I only had met him once. He survived by crawling ashore and crawling to someones house by locating power lines then collasped and spent a month in hospital with organs shutting down. he later fully recovered.

It was, and we did both funerals same day...big military things. Hundreds of people. Worst part cause it was so unexpected they did open casket...ice does bad things to a body. I guess the wives needed closure

Gives you a new outlook on life after a tragedy such as that.
Cherish every moment, big and small. |

I have no fear of death...cause I have hope.
I deal with death daily so I understand it. Its life that sometimes perplexes me. |
I fear death especially of loved ones...
alrighty then on a skittles rainbow note.. |
Have hope and there is no reason to fear

Faith is what keeps me going.
That and watching my neices and nephew grow up. |
