However, I took a few tests yesterday as samples for what we might give to prospective employees and well the result said that I'm not a people person and that I have little empathy...  At least it said I'm well suited to be an executive...

Those profiling tests are so gay...they dont tell you anything cause you can answer them the way you want to or the way they want you to.

It was ok in some ways and in some ways it was wrong.. I do have empathy but at work I'm more "sorry you're sick or whatever" and then back to work... At home seeing something good hearted can make me mist up... It asked work and semi-personal questions...
