Ok, I skipped here...this is a long thread...but for me the 80's were being a single parent (son born Jan. 1980) working hard to support and raise him and great times with amazing bunch of house mates...Bad hair for both sexes - LOLOLOL. Elementary schools FINALLY starting to catch on to real learning disabilities and fighting 'Ritalin' as the big answer. No insurance and getting through medical emergency's. The 80's were awesome because of what I was doing in my life. not because of 'the time'. Same as now I guess....

...but Ritalin IS the answer. What's wrong about giving pharmaceutical amphetamines to kids? laugh :tongue:

I was a Ritalin kid. Think it goofed me up for life. Generic Ritalin is called Dextromethamphetamine-Sulphate. That can't be good. :tongue:

Kit from the Knight Rider


More specifically it was KITT from Knight Rider. K.I.T.T. stands for Knight Industries Two Thousand. The original KITT was a 1982 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM. And it had that really cool red Cylon Eye.
