Got a BAD one today on my Lap Top don't know how it just did it's the VISTA verson good thing I have a different MAN for everything! LOL That sounds BAD! HEHEHE I just got it like that!

Always create a restore point depending on the OS you have. If can download spybot search and destroy and that may help too. If the virus or spyware cannot be removed by spybot s&d, then you have to remove it manually.

If he was so "good" he wouldn't have to restore your computer back to factory condition. I hope he's backing your important data up cause doing that usually deletes everything. Just sayin
