All of a sudden, the temperature drops 20 degrees, the winds start blowing
chit all over the yard and it's fricking snowing. It was a nice day...
never know about the weather around here.

Snow? what's that? It's 75 and a little muggy outside

snow..white flurries that flutter from the sky and stick to the ground and turn to ice overnight if it's cold enough, and makes for an interesting drive in the morning...

Yikes Lori... Had the a/c on today... I didn't check the temp but if I have the a/c on it's at least 80 or so...

It's rainy here in SC. And cold too! I do wish it snowed. I miss snow.

on the way home from work today i heard on the radio that we might have snow squall..wth, it was like 8c

yikes is right...you had the AC on??? Holy summertime, I have the heater running and a little electric space heater going next to my feet!

I lived in Charleston like 20 years ago...I love the storms there. Massive rain if memory serves. I remember having to pull over once because the amount of rain was more than the wipers could handle. I actually like rain, don't care for snow, except it's pretty on the mountains..

I lived out west for a long time. Weather can change quick out there.

Actually I was born in Cali. then lived 33 yrs in Colo.

But you didn't see the quick change of weather in Cali... Now Texas I sure did when I visited there for a summer... I'd be laying in the sun and all of the sudden it would start hailing.. Talk about ducking for cover...

As I recall, weather was pretty steady in Cali.

Seen snow on the first of June, and first of Aug. in Colo.
Tornadoes, hail, rain, flash floods, blizzards, wind storms and the best lightning ever!!!

Yep. It still rains pretty heavy. But the cold and rain today just didn't mix for me. I stayed indoors.

It is this lovely white color that falls from the sky, each little flake is as individual as each of us. It settles on your car windshield and freezes so
defrost is a must the next morning. It's quite beautiful to gaze upon the tops of the mountains, especially when the sun is shinning, and damn near impossible to see to drive without shades from the whiteness. As more and more piles up it gets pushed along side of the roads into piles that get larger and larger through the winter. Then mud and dirt covers the once beautiful white and dogs pee in it and it turns yellow...then it just sits frozen all winter...ugly from being pooped on, pissed on and dirt and mud..
then on a real sunny day it melts and the stream of piss, poop, mud and dirt rolls into your yard and gets tracked into your house and ya scream at your kids to take their shoes off and they don't and so ....

I'm loading the trailer with the snowmobiles now. how much snow do you have?

Its suppose to snow here on Wednesday and Thursday....I think we will have a white Thanksgiving!!!
