The local(2 different) smoke shop(s) here sells them for $80. It has 4 filters in it for you to try. Reg, light, ext light and menthol.
Told me that there was enough equaling a carton of cigarettes and to buy the filters cost about 20 dollars- each one was equal to 2 pacs of cigarettes, and there were the same amount in each supply for a carton so I would be saving about 20$. Just have to get up 80$ at a pop to start. 200. is way off for the starter kit. Cost about the same online but then u pay ship/hand..
