It's easy Jeff...get the thought in your head, hold on to it till ya feel it in your heart..put the stick up to your mouth and blow the feeling in. Then the stick goes into the fire with the love..the fire mulches it up and the intentions are sent out into the cosmos ... I usually do several sticks for different reasons..tonight one stick is for you guys, my distant friends. |
